missionctl is built and supported by one person. I answer within 3 to 5 working days; there is no 24/7 support.

Bugs and feature requests

Open an issue in the tool's GitHub repository, e.g. taskctl, mailctl or the dashboard. Please include the version (toolname --version), your operating system, and the exact steps. Do not paste passwords, tokens or personal data.

Licences and billing

Purchases and licence keys are handled by Polar. For a lost key or a billing question, email hello@abteilung83.com from the address you bought with.

Security

Report vulnerabilities privately by email to hello@abteilung83.com, not in a public issue.
